At Keys to Hope, you can access counselling services in a timely manner. You won’t have to wait weeks to address your struggles. We have designated availability for new clients with some of our practitioners so you can get the help you need right away!

We support children, teens, adults, couples, & families with psychological counselling services that include: talk therapy, equine assisted therapy, animal assisted therapy at the Healing Grounds, nature therapy, group therapy, & wellness workshops.
