*Angélique has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 25 years. She is trained in mindfulness practices and is currently enrolled in a Master Mindfulness Certification Course.

Angélique is a Certified Vision Board Coach, Art life Coach Certified, & is enrolled in a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (completion this spring). She has training in Labyrinths, Mindfulness, and Inner child and Affirmations workshops.
