    A group for couples to strengthen their relationships, overcome conflict, build understanding, and increase intimacy. Ask to be put on the interest list.

  • Fearless Awakening: October 12- November 6, 2025. A group for women ready to take off the masks and hats they wear and step into their authentic self! Ask to be put on the interest list. This is a 4 week intensive.

  • LIFFT (Healing from relationship rejection and abandonment). September 8- October 29, 2025. An 8-week group for women seeking to heal after the aftermath of relationship rejection and abandonment. Ask to be put on the interest list.

  • Empowerment Lab: (TBA) A group for individuals who are seeking tools and opportunity to learn empowerment skills. Ask to be put on the interest list.

    Additional Qualifications

      • (EFT) Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples Externship and Core Skills (54 hours)

      • Gottman Level 1

      • Creative Grief and Loss Coaching 4 month Certificate

      • Counselling Adult Survivors of Sexual Violence Certificate from the Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services

      Melisha also works with adults struggling with:

      self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, and depression, anger management, career changes, gender identity, life transitions, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and assault, stress management, family issues, premarital counselling, and trauma.
