Chris has specialized training and experience with helping people struggling with addictions, mood disorders, phase of life issues, grief, anger, trauma... and the combinations therein. He believes that some goals are to feel better, to have better relationships, to protect yourself with healthy boundaries, to find or keep sobriety... but really the most important goals are the ones that you select for when you work together in counselling.
